Gats – No L’s (Video)

In the wake of his masterpiece release, By Any Dreams, Gats continues to bless the community by releasing his first visual of the tape a day early. In No L’s we find a plot synonymous with that of the undertones of By Any Means; Crime, Karma, and Loss. The video itself is shot as a silent film, subtitles in Spanish, and renders its own atmosphere aside from the album, though remaining complimentary. Dustin DeVars and Gats definitely took their time in completing this video as it matches the cinematic quality of the album itself, while still creating it’s own presence.

QuinceLu – Turning Point (Video)

QuinceLu, a product of Broward County, releases his new visual for his single “Turning Point,” off his upcoming A.L.I.E.N. album. The short and sweet clip depicts a hazy environment in which QuinceLu reflects on his thoughts. He switches effortlessly between English and Spanish lyrics over production from ACR. Cameos from his Indie$ group members OzpDizzy, Jay Filly and Bobby Jose, are also present. Expect the album to drop on December 15th.

Nate DAE is back, kinda. He’s made his way out to sunny California to kick down doors for himself and the rest of his family, We Were Never Friends. Although he’s not in the homeland he’s returned to the spotlight with his first self directed visual for his latest ear pleasing track, “Rest”. Produced by Robert Hale, Nate DAE himself and Kiki Merley. And with Ashlan Gray behind the lens and Henock Sileshi behind the screen, Nate DAE has created a conversational piece of art with this video. So many different ways to interpret the visuals for “Rest”, it’s clear that Nate DAE’s migration is helping boost his creativity levels.
