Rolling Loud Roll Call: SKYXXX

by .

If you’ve never heard of SKYXXX, you need to get familiar. The purple-haired rapper is making a lot of noise out in Central Florida with his Swamp Posse collective. There’s not much else you need to know about SKYXXX aside from his last release, Diamond Cuts: X Floors Up, back in 2013. If there was one thing you need to know about SKYXXX, it’s that he “just got out of prison and ready to fuck shit up.” Catch him on the Odd Sox stage at Rolling Loud Festival in Miami on February 28th.

Rolling Loud Roll Call: thirdmind

by .

Hailing from the coast of New Jersey is thirdmind, a collective made up of two rappers, grimBane and deScribe, and producer Alex Trevelyan. They’ve found their stroke early in their burgeoning careers after collaborations with other artists such as fellow Rolling Loud performer Black Kray, Corbin (Spooky Black) and Yung Gleesh. Late last year, the trio dropped two projects, Virtual Afternoon EP and 900 Degreez, one month apart from each other.  For the rest of 2015, the New Jersey trio is poised to break out and come to the forefront of the underground this year. See them perform this Saturday on the biggest stage this year in Miami at the first annual Rolling Loud Festival.
