UPDATE: One of our favorite upcomers, Vincent, The Owl, has now dropped the official visual assist to his single “Lovely” directed by Poor Marty. Watch the dope clip above and be sure to download his new 11-track offering, OWLCOHOLICS!

Vincent, The Owl liberates the first single, “Lovely,” off his upcoming December release, OWLCOHOLICS. The laid-back cut finds the Jersey rapper flowing effortlessly over the vibes produced by Mark Hogan as he raps about irresponsible habits of spending more than you make and busting ass at your day job – something most can relate to. But it’s not about where you’re at, it’s about where you’re headed and Vincent sees that. Until then, you can expect the ‘Owlcoholic’ to continue getting drunk, putting out music, getting wild at shows, fucking up crowds, and getting banned from venues.

Artist Bio:

The 19-year old Florida native started writing raps at the age of 13.  As a big fan of poetry, he got a famous Robert Frost quote tattooed on his left arm. “I first saw the quote when I was in kindergarten. It was on the first page of the daily planner I had to get signed everyday. I think it was the first time i was exposed to poetry and the quote really explained my life well to me, I connected with it.”

In high school he earned his adobe video editing certifications in order to cut out the middle man. “The way I saw it, learning to edit and film videos for myself could only help me prosper in the future. I plan to have a great deal of involvement for all the visuals we will be releasing this year.” Being from Florida he’s been constantly labeled with a lot of stereotypes that don’t prove to be true a lot of the time. “I feel like everyone has their own picture of a rapper from Florida, the same way we picture rappers from the West Coast and New York. I just happen to not fit the mold, and I use it to my advantage. The more I stand out the better.”

Nobodies – Perfect Cell

by .

PRODUCER: JahRahMf

All Hail the flawless duo called Nobodies, who are demolishing the game in South Florida as they let loose an intense sound wave called “Perfect Cell”. Ah man, this energy filled track with nothing but power and hard hitting lyrics is just what the state needed. Produced by one half of Nobodies, Jah provides a pulsing and head banging instrumental for both he and Matt The Fucking Rapper to simply destroy. I’m not surprised that Florida’s winter mysteriously got warmer after this track hit the net. The Nobodies have something great in store for us in the year 2016.
