SKYXXX ft. Marcellus Juvann – Politixxx (Video)

by .

DIRECTOR: Nassacre
PRODUCER: Serious Sound
LATEST PROJECT: And Then The Moon Fell | Stream

Since garnishing the remainder of 2015 with a quality grade project, SKYXXX has been absent from the physical light, but still working his Obi Wan like powers to keep his foot on the neck of the rap game. While locked down the young God has released another Nassacre directed visual. Two of Orlando’s latest heavy hitters, SKYXXX & Marcellus Juvann, came together to create a glory of an opening track for SKYXXX’s most recent project, And Then The Moon Fell. “Politixxx” is one of those pieces of art that the people need in this time of rap music. A Serious Sound produced track that practically tells you to stay real and focused, rather than put on a persona to fit into the music campaign races of today. We will always need more real than fake and thank God that’s all that SKYXXX and Marcellus Juvann know how to give.

Corey Gipson – Stories of Life

With the release of his self-produced third EP, States, set to drop on March 29, Corey Gipson delivers the first single, “Stories of Life.”  A re-imagination and re-flip of two classic Nas samples paints the canvas not only for the artist’s most current mindstate but also a glimpse into the influences that shaped the sounds used to create States.  An artist of many hats, Corey is also a working videographer and to further promote his first single he’s cooked up ‘Morning Sessions’, a  live performance segment suited for the early morning crowd.

Mikey the Magician – Manifest [Mixtape]

by .

Monday was a good day, why? because Buffet Boy Mikey the Magician has dropped his project. if you’ve heard any of his previous work you’ll know you’re in for a treat! Manifest is a 13 track project with most of the production handled by Mikey himself, John Mello and $UICIDEBOY$. Pouya, Germ, Fat Nick, Craig Xen, Shakewell, NothingNowhere, Young Lungs, and Lil Peep also have some guest appearances on Manifest. I tried to name a few of my favorite tracks but it was HARD, with each track sounding different but not too different to throw off the vibe and all the lyrical madness, you can see why I couldn’t just pick a few tracks.
