Venus Amor ended the year on a high note by dropping her remarkable album For the Time Being, now she’s starting the year off right with a video for her track “Drink to This” off the album. The video is more of a short film than music video and starts off with Venus’ lover breaking up with her in a diner. Little does he know, that’s not going to fly with her and ends up with an unexpected surprise. The visual was fascinating to say the very least, I hope to see more videos for tracks off the album!

Usually we hear Ronny J on the boards but on his latest track “Ego” he displays his ability to be both a vocalist and an imperative beat maker. “Ego” starts off by gripping listeners with a slow tempo and proceeds with Ronny J singing the track’s hook. Florida’s Theehof made an appearance on our pages in October with his Rene produced track “Rollin”, which happened to be apart of a collaborative project Theehof and Rene were working on. Now, to end the year of on a high note they’ve released their project titled The Town, if you heard their track “Rollin” you would know we were in for something great. PROJECT: Who’s Gonna Get Fucked First?
Early this spring Awful Records’ Father dropped his album Who’s Gonna Get Fucked First? And since then he’s been on tour, dropped videos and songs, and has also been featured on numerous tracks. He was most recently on our pages with his visual or “Alleyoop Swish” featuring LuiDiamonds. Now he’s returning with a new video of off Who’s Gonna Get Fucked First? for his track “Vamp” featuring Tommy Genesis. The JMP directed video shows the artists in an enchanting forest like setting which goes well with the Awful Records aesthetic, not that they need a specific one.
