Prez P ft. Billy Blue – Going Places (Video)

Dropping the first single off of his upcoming project, Prez P has teamed up with Billy Blue for “Going Places.” The project, Prezidential, is expected to arrive on all streaming platforms July 4th.

In an email to Fader the rapper had this to say about the track: “the song proves the saying, ‘It’s not where you been it’s where you’re going, the line ‘The youngins from where I’m from they think you’re on wit a pocket full of money and a rollie on ya arm,’ expressing how easily blinded the youth can be when identifying someone who looks successful rather than someone who truly is.”

Gunplay – The Plug (Album)

Earlier this month, Gunplay linked up with Mozzy on their collaborative project Dreadlocks & Headshots. Now, back with a solo project, Gunplay has released his album The Plug featuring 11 tracks, and guest verses by Tracy T and Mozzy. Stream the project above, and the album can also be found on iTunes.

Smokepurpp – Different Color Molly

As fans await Smokepurpp’s upcoming project DEADSTAR, the rising rapper has kept fans satisfied with tracks like “Turn Down” and “Audi.” To no surprise Smokepurpp has dropped another track entitled “Different Color Molly” which you can stream above. The rapper also spoke to XXL about his upcoming project and had this to say:

“The sound of the project can be described as an overdose. It’s the sound of euphoria and things that race through your body before you die. This is the sound of the moment when your heart stops and there are those last moments of brain activity.”

Hear Space Tapes’ New Project, ‘Space Tapes Vol. 1’

With an ear for interesting sounds, South Florida producer Nick León has revived what we once knew as Space Tapes. Originally, the label was owned by IIIPoints founder David Sinopoli, who has since then passed it onto Nick León to takeover. Wanting to shed a light on South Florida artists who make more experimental sounds; Nick hand-picked 13 artists for 9 tracks, all of which have an eclectic sound that listeners can immerse themselves in.
