Shake just recently celebrated her birthday, and at the young age of 19 it seems as though theres no slowing down for the New Jersey artist. Although her music doesn’t compare to the average hiphop artist she’s definitely paved a lane of her own, with lyrics touch base upon the realties of life, love, death and her voice being uniquely striking in each and every song she creates. Shake is ready to make some more noise as she preps to release her first project, she’s dropped a new track to give us a sneak peek as to what to expect next. “Bass for My Thoughts” produced by The Kompetition offers a look into Shake’s thoughts, continuously switching from dark to light and back again; showcasing her emotional waves. I’ll be the first to admit that I grew up watching the classic 1995 film Friday; I can even recite some of the lines word for word. With the release of his new mixtape The Persona Tape, Maxo Kream pays tribute to the comedy in his latest visual. In “Big Worm” directed by Nassacre, Maxo channels the one & only BIG WORM, he has the ice cream truck, an appearance by Smokey and even a cameo from Ms. Parker.  Check it out above.
