Nick Leon – New Generation

by .

PRODUCER: Nick Leon
LATEST RELEASE: Mexico | Stream

South Florida’s very own Nick Leon released a track that sent shivers down my spine. Usually, the most appealing tracks have some sort of lyric but “New Generation” is an exception. With that being said, this song is simple, yet beautiful and will touch your soul in the gentlest way. You’re also guaranteed to play it back 10+ times after the first listen.

Tyler, the Creator – Yellow (Ft. Kali Uchis)

by .

PRODUUCER: Tyler The Creator
ALBUM: Cherry Bomb | iTunes

Tyler, The Creator just recently released his album Cherry Bomb with physical copies just starting to arrive at stores. Included on the physical copies are bonus tracks, one of the tracks being “Yellow” featuring Kali Uchis. This track is very soothing and mellow feel to it, it kind of reminds me of something with an old school/Napoleon Dynamite type of vibe. “Now when I first saw you, I could tell you was the one that I been searching for, I needed something that was like the sun now all my flowers grow” sings Tyler, although this song isn’t what we’re used to from the artist it breaks boundaries and it has a very nice laid-back cut. Be sure to purchase a physical copy of Cherry Bomb, or order it on iTunes if you haven’t already.

PRODUCER: C.N.O.T.E and Mike Dean
PROJECT: A.L.L.A.

According to ASAP Rocky we should be expecting his upcoming album At.Long.Last.ASAP seriously soon. Teasing us with releasing tracks like “Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2” and “Multiply”, Rocky is back to talk about his “M’$”. With Honorable C.N.O.T.E and Mike Dean on the beat and Rocky’s rhymes being oh so Jiggy on this track the rapper goes bar after bar rapping “way before I became myself I’d like to thank myself because I made myself the man, It’s like lately I ain’t myself I’d rather hang myself before I play myself.” Although there is no confirmation as to when exactly the album is dropping it will include production by the late ASAP Yams, Juicy J, and Danger Mouse. As we await the album, be sure to stream “M’$” above.
