J.Cole – Wet Dreamz

by .

DIRECTOR: Ryan Staake
PRODUCER: J. Cole
ALBUM: 2014 Forest Hills Drive | iTunes

J.Cole’s 2014 Forest Hills Drive was a huge success, so far he’s dropped four visuals from the album including: “Intro”, “Apparently”, “G.O.M.D.” and the fourth will be his latest visual for “Wet Dreamz.” In this Ryan Staake directed video you can catch two dogs portraying the characters J.Cole talks about in his song. I found this video to be quite humorous, while some lyrics are handled quite well I’m pleased to say I did not see anyone/anything bust quick or learn how to put on a condom. Enjoy the visual offering above.

On 4/20, Awful Records declared it to be an #AwfulHoliday and released a bunch of loose tracks for fans. If you want/like money and drugs you will probably like “WANTS” by RichPoSlim, featuring Two-9’s Curtis Williams, I know I do.  The track produced by Spacebar is a cool track with a funky beat that fans can enjoy and smoke to.

The rest of the video is in black and white and you can catch Rick Ross with copious amounts of cash and Snoop Dogg puffing on some kush. Peep the visual above.

Abra – U Ain’t Got To Lie (ft. Father)

by .

PRODUCER: N/A
MIXED BY: John Wade

Awful Records is a collective of 15 talented artists that share one thing in common: their skillful ability to make great music. 4/20 has been declared to be #AwfulHoliday and to celebrate they released 14 tracks to surprise fans. One of the tracks included in this release titled “U Ain’t Got To Lie” was a seductive tune by Abra with a feature by Awful Records founding father, FatherAbra lets men know she’s onto their game and she’s not having it while Father adds some erotic rhymes, this charming track is one of my personal favorites off of the collection of loosies. If you want to hear more check out the #AwfulHoliday collection here.

Denzel Curry – Bwoii (ft. Nell & JK The Reaper)

by .

PRODUCER: Posh God & Denzel Curry
PROJECT: Planet Shrooms EP
RELEASE DATE: June 9

Denzel Curry blessed us once again with his new track “Bwoii” which features Nell and JK The Reaper. The Pxsh Raven produced track is a good sneak peek as to what to expect from Denzels upcoming double EP 32 Zel /Planet Shrooms. The Carol City native dropped his last project Nostalgia 64, in 2013 but still hasn’t gone off the radar dropping tracks such as “Envy Me” and “Ice Age” and also having gone on tour with The Underachievers, the rapper has been anything but quiet. I foresee an unbelievably great EP from Denzel Curry because the talent he has is something else. Be sure to listen to 32 Zel /Planet Shrooms when it releases on June 9th.
