Big Sean – I Know (ft. Jhene Aiko)

by .

DIRECTOR: Lawrence Lamont
PRODUCER: Josh Shadid, Maxwell Riesberg, Shyam Sundar Sengupta
PRODUCTION COMPANY: Lord Danger

Recently pictures of Big Sean and Jhene Aiko have been floating around on Instagram of them looking a lot older than we’re used to seeing. My first thought went back to their track off of Big Sean’s Dark Sky Paradise “I Know” and with Big Sean dropping videos for both “All Your Fault” and “One Man Can Change The World” it only made sense that he dropped another for “I Know.” In this video Sean and Jhene both appear as senior citizens at a nursing home whom have a mutual love interest in one another. After Sean finesses a way out they both enjoy a little rebellion, sneaking out of the home for a night of fun. Enjoy the visual above.

Big Sean – All Your Fault (ft. Kanye West)

by .

DIRECTOR: Mark Mayer
PRODUCTION COMPANY: Double Entente Films
CO-DIRECTOR: Aaron Platt
EXEC PRODUCER: Kathleen Heffernan
PRODUCER: Frederic Imbert & Bailey Kobe
EDITOR & EFFECTS: Jesse Ruuttila
EDITORIAL CONSULTATION: Andrew Makadsi

Right after Big Sean’s Dark Sky Paradise dropped in February he went on tour, and now he’s dropping music video after music video. This time delivering an ominous visual for “All Your Fault” featuring Kanye West. Directed by Mark Mayer, the video resembles something that should be dropped 10+ years from now; featuring holograms of Ye and Sean in a club turning the crowd up as usual. It also makes me feel as though I should have some 3D glasses on while watchnig, what do you think? Stream the visual above and be sure to peep Big Sean’s “One Man Can Change The World” video here.

Slug Christ – Honja (ft. Keith Ape)

by .

PRODUCER: PurpDogg

If you’ve ever wondered how to say “Alone” in Korean Slug Christ and PurpDogg are here to tell you in their new track “Honja” which also features Keith Ape. The beat is nothing simple; it starts off in a slow steady pace but you’ll quickly catch on that this track is gonna be lit as soon as the rappers start laying down their verses. This track is the first off of the Slug Christ and PurpDogg collaborative project “GOD IS UNDER THE PORCH WHERE THE DOG DIED” which I look forward to hearing more from. For now stream “Honja” above.

Fetty Wap – Boomin

by .

PRODUCER: N/A

Fetty Wap has made a name for himself with tracks such as “Trap Queen,” “Again” and even catching the attention of Drake for “My Way” now the rapper is back, but with a more different sound. Going to twitter to announce the song saying  “My bro ask me to drop some trap shit so I’m dropping something for my bro bday 💯  Fetty Wap – Boomin 💯” and that’s what we got. Fetty trades in his sing-style to showcase some “Boomin” bars over a steady beat to flex his hustle, he even gives a shout out to Gucci Mane yelling “Free Guwop” towards the end of the track. Enjoy “Boomin” above.

P-Lo & Kool John – Mad (ft. G-Eazy)

by .

PRODUCER: P-Lo
UPCOMING JOINT PROJECT: Moovie
RELEASE DATE: Summer 2015

HBK Gang’s P-Lo and Kool John have an upcoming joint project titled Moovie which is set to come out later on this summer. A few months ago they dropped “Blue Hunnids” and now they’re back, this time with G-Eazy to deliver “Mad” produced by P-Lo, this wavy track is sure to get a lot of hits with its eccentric rhythm and the rappers cold rhymes. P-Lo and Kool John both released statements to FADER that when making music together “something special happens” which leads me to believe Moovie is going to be well worth the wait.
