When you hear any new joints from Curren$y you know it’s going to be a something to chill and pretty much smoke to. His new track “Smoke Out” is a short but definitely is another sweet track by the rapper, where he raps about his favorites: money & weed. This song is set to come out in 3rdy Baby’s upcoming mixtape 5 A.M. In Amsterdam, there’s no official date of when this project will release but let’s enjoy “Smoke Out” above for now.

Kendrick Lamar performed his track “Alright” on the BET awards, and now he’s released a video for the track. Kendrick is an outspoken rapper as well as visionary, and ultimately will only sought out to deliver good work. The visual piece shot by Colin Tilley is entirely in black in white and runs for a little under seven minutes long, it features Kendrick gliding through the air, hanging upside down, and throwing hundred dollar bills. Although you will catch cool things of that sort in the video, there is a deeper message rooted in this video and the only way to catch it would be to stream above. Let me know what you think and be sure to keep a look out for whatever Kendrick does next.
“An experiment in blending the sounds of south Florida with technology to make a unique form of musical alchemy” is what Nick León is using to describe his new EP Inorganic. The tape has an array of sounds which can be recognized throughout out the project, stringing together the most magnetic sounds to create this project. Nick León definitely has a beautiful piece of work on his hands, and is actually currently producing Evermore, an upcoming project by the Underachievers which is something we can look forward to hearing. Inorganic is going to be a project you can probably hear for the rest of the summer and not get tired of; be sure to stream it above and feel free to purchase it on iTunes.
There has been much anticipation around Retchy P’s mixtape Finesse the World, and now the wait is over. If you tuned into the BET awards your probably caught the premiere of Big Sean’s new video for his track “Play No Games” featuring Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign when it closed the award show. This Mike Carson directed visual is based on the sitcom Martin, which if you’ve ever seen would know how funny it is. Recently Big Sean released a few of the most creative videos out right now for his tracks “I Know” ft. Jhene Aiko, “All Your Fault” ft. Kanye West, and “One Man Can Change the World” ft. Kanye West and John Legend, and now available to stream is “Play No Games” which is yet another brilliant visual offering to enjoy while we await anything else the rapper has to share with fans.

Denzel Curry is about to start his European tour, but before he does he has decided to give fans a new track, “6 Billion Dollar Nigga.” This track starts off with a piercing beat produced by Ronny J and continues with Denzel instantly going off with so much to say in less than two minutes, this track is nothing to be slept on. Right before the beat abruptly discontinues you can hear Denzel saying “that’s all I got” but this track is actually the first to release off of KOTMS 2055, short for King of The Mischievous South Volume 2055. Last week Denzel dropped the first episode of “Project Aquarius” as a follow up to his double EP 32 Zel / Planet Shrooms which released earlier this month.
