Philo B – Animal Planet (Dir. Unkle Luc) [Video]

by .

PRODUCER: Kubeats
DIRECTOR: Unkle Luc

Soon after releasing his smooth and suave track, “Lowkey”, Philo B comes around and takes us into the wild lands in his new video, “Animal Planet”. Philo B displays his lyrical skill, conveying his message of this world we live in as a living concrete jungle. The North Miami rapper comes together with hard-spitting lyrics that are vigorous and impassioned. He delivers many witty puns that are slick as snakes and have you rewind the track many times to catch what he says. Kubeats crafts together a dark and roaring beat that reminds me of something Pusha-T would spit on (which may need to happen).

The video was directed by no other than Unkle Luc who has done visionary work with Denzel Curry and Future. The video itself is unorthodox, it’s filled with trippy style transitions that’ll take us into famously known cities to where we are sitting next ferocious animals. Philo B lets us know that he’s the Tarzan of the game and is not scared to go ape-shit over you guys. Be sure to be on the lookout as his debut album Conclusions will be releasing soon.

The raunchiness of Uncle Luke combined with the sexual veracity of women such as Trina and Khia. Sprinkle a little Three 6 Mafia’s “Slob On My Knob” undertones with a splash of Atlanta’s Freaknik and you’ll have this hypnotic tune called “KIT”. Delivered by the 19 year old rising sensation, SLWJMZ, hailing from none other than Miami. The mecca of bass music and the explicit, yet genuine nature that was attached to it.

Already gaining continuous notoriety in all areas for it’s sexual nature and unchained lyrics that the fans love from SLWJMZ. Combining her view of the lifestyle, her charisma and new found techniques to help create a club praised, with an old school Miami bass joint with “KIT”. Similar to the Miami forefathers, Uncle Luke & 2 Live Crew. SLWJMZ may be single handedly bring the cultural impact of BET Uncut to the new underground.

Although times are more progressive, the track with surely stir up talks, along with the unrated video to match. Shot by Scotty Drippen. It’s hard to ignore the fact that SLWJMZ delivers a very aggressively intimate track, that can easily be a viral hit and catch traction, if it gets the right push. Which would be perfect timing, as her latest project SUPER HOT YOUNG EBONY is set to release October 31st.
