Choze – “Nothing To Lose”

Up and coming musician Choze releases a new visual “Nothing to Lose” that provides a powerful message detailing the systematic society we are simply
‘surviving in’. Choze has a very raw yet honest standpoint on his feelings towards how we are educated from an early age that disables us to ever have enough understanding on how or what to do in our future to succeed.

This track really does make you think about how much pressure is put on to us to become something without much knowledge or advice given from those whom we trust or who should be offering the help we need to do better; parents, teachers, celebrities. “Living in these streets, we ain’t got nothing to lose” a line repeated throughout the song. This line is very much relevant and relatable to a lot of people who are born directly into inner-city areas with nothing but hunger whether that’s to feed themselves or their family. The circumstances we are given doesn’t allow us to fear what we could possibly lose because there was nothing given to us in the first instance.

Choze is speaking for the people in fighting against politics, injustice and societies expectations that are shoved on to a community to conform and adjust to. He makes it apparent that he wants to be a voice for everyone that has ever suffered under any of these constructions built. Choze wants to show that there is hope out of what we have been made to believe our entire life’s. He details several different scenarios where we as people are driven to commit crimes and where this mentality is rooted, from selling drugs to rioting.

Devin Scott – “Never Get Enough”

This song speaks deeply about the concept of using mind over matter. It is a reminder that we all need to keep on moving forward even when times are looking rough. People tend to let their surroundings get the best of them and start to lose all motivation. This song helps bring to light that motivation should never leave ones mind in the pursuit of their hopes and/or dreams.

D. Cross – “Foreal”

Sin City rapper DCross has been overseas with The Game on the 45 Tour traveling to Finland, Norway, Poland, the U.K. and France to name a few stops along the way.
With all of the new fans DCross has been getting on the tour, he thought it would be good to release the music video for this song “Foreal”, which shows DCross in LA vibing and living the Hollywood life with female and designer gear.

The once in a lifetime experience touring across Europe with the same has been nothing short of routine for DCross as he has quickly become acclimated to the tour life.
While on tour DCross made headlines for engaging in some beef with Tekashi 6ix 9ine after Wack 100 called out the New York rapper shortly after Game dissed him.
The tour comes on the heels of DCross releasing his well received music video for “Watch Out” which features a full performance by Boosie BadAzz after DCross brought the city out for his video.
Coming up DCross is preparing to promote the song “On The Line” Ft. Juelz Santana who is currently incarcerated, so DCross will be looking to drum up support for Juelz while he is locked up.
The project has also gotten a lot of attention for his song with Sauce Walka and Kayo called “Legendary,” so expect DCross to be releasing a host of other videos once he returns from the European tour.

Black Buffet – THK (Trap House Killah)

Doing what he does best Black Buffet returns with another visual release flossin in a Versace robe in the trap house motel for his song “THK.”

In the video, Black Buffet, posts up in the motel in a haste to get things situated in order the start the process of laundering the money. As grimy as it sounds, Black Buffet casts an ever so clean visual of his life while rapping over a dope sample beat with resonating sax horns.

For true HipHop listeners his flow will remind you of a 90’s UGK flow mixed with a bit of an East Coast flavor. Smoking in the bathroom, wearing a designer robe and drinking champagne on the beach are all a few Black Buffet’s favorite things as we get a glimpse into the VA rapper’s gaudy trap life.

“I got a few solid joints on the album, and I have a chopped and screwed version that was handled by DJ Red of Screwed Up Clik. Plus, I want to stay as relevant as possible with he visuals,” said Black Buffet. “At the end of the day, I’m just trying to keep pushing man. Currently, I’m debating on slipping out something on, or around Cinco de Mayo called Por Siempre. I also got a project I’m working on that has an entirely different instrumentation setup. Also, Nottz and I have something cooking for the end of the year.”

It’s no wonder why Pusha T to agreed to do a remix to his song “White Lies” appearing as part of his Lifestyles of The Rich and Infamous Knowbodies project that released in October. The project would also include production from Virginia legend Nottz.

Most recently Black Buffet teamed up with DJ Carisma and DJ Tyson for his 30 Shades of Green Mixtape. The DJ combo also hosted his Plugs & Pistols 2 mixtape as well.

“DJ Carisma is one of the first people that beleived in me and she don’t do mixtapes all the time so it was cool that she messed with me,” Black Buffet said.
