Aleicia Nicole – Love You Too (ft. Rmromrzn)

PRODUCER: BrandonWayne

Making her way onto the scene not too long ago, Aleicia Nicole quickly became an R&B sensation warming the hearts of listeners with songs like “Hypnotized” and “HOTLINGO”. Noex – Sunday Shining

After recently performing at #DillaWeekend in Miami, it’s no surprise that Noex released a new freestyle, “Sunday Shining” in honor of the late, great Detroit producer J Dilla. Here’s a quick history lesson on what makes this track so special. He freestyles over Dilla’s “Gobstopper” beat which was included on his ninth studio album Donuts released on Feb. 7, 2006. Proceeding it’s release, Jay Electronica used the beat for “Abracadabra” in 2008, followed by Nas for “The Season” in 2014, among others such as Busta Rhymes, Rah Digga, and Rapper Big Pooh. So basically, the beat is classic. Dropping the freestyle precisely ten years later, Noex approaches it with a sense of exuberance and poise maintaining a balance between knowledge and self-confidence. Sustaining the soulful vibe of the original, he does a good job paying homage to the legendary J Dilla. This isn’t the first time Noex has hopped on a classic, check out his “Get Money Freestlye” after you vibe out to “Sunday Shining” above!
