Oliver Optican – Bad Guy

PRODUCER: Yea The Don
ARTWORK BY: Hitlers Jack Rabbit
MIXED/MASTERED: The Beat Brigade

Oliver Optican is back yet again. In his new track titled “Bad Guy” Oliver decides to connect with Chicago producer, Yea The Don, to make a smooth yet trappy track. Oliver discusses in the hook that he doesn’t affiliate himself with his older friends but seems to have a new girlfriend. He uses persuasive delivery and solid lyrics to speak about his everyday life and what life is like being sober. He mentions that this summer he’s going to tour with A$AP Rocky. Interesting to see if anything happens there. Both Oliver Optican and Yea The Don are no strangers to the blogosphere, and each have had their own individual successes respectively, but this collaboration might just be the type of synthesis that propels both of them to greater heights. “Bad Guy” is a solid piece of hip-hop, and while both of these names deserve your attention on an individual basis, this track is going to really bring both of their fan bases together, really showing off exactly how versatile they can be as creators.
