Young Ray Global has been consistent in delivering raw street music. Now, he’s come through with another offering. This time, he’s bringing forth some rugged visuals courtesy of IMG for his single “Too Much Money”
From the opening shot, which lingers on an coke white gucci bag, you can get a sense of Ray Global’s modus operandi. Understated yet exuding power nevertheless, Young Ray Global posts up in the trap reminding you that he’s about securing the bag and there’s no such thing as Too Much Money ”
While the cinematography by IMG is indeed solid, it benefits from the sheer unapologetic nature of it all. Be sure to check this one out, if you’re in the mood for some genuine hood shit. We couldn’t expect anything less from Young Ray Global.
Since releasing his “3.0” ep last year, DBRVSS has become one of my favorite artist in the game and if you haven’t heard of him prior, you gotta wake up!
Today he makes his debut on CitrusRap with his latest single titled “No Tellin” and this shit cold. DBRVSS makes it clear he isn’t like the majority of artist of snitch as he glides over the production from Asha Imuno.
If you get your daily dose of music from the Citrus Pages we have two more buzzing artist that should be on your radar.
Marty Macphly and SWA5G_MTB individually are in a league of their own when it comes to music but together they are a force to be reckon with. Today they share their latest Eric Swagginson-directed visual for “Die All The Time” and this might be one of the craziest videos i’ve seen in a while. Calm and laid back along with hard hitting bars compliment the aesthetic of the video.
San Diego rapper and Tribe Life’s own Sliiim Buddha is back with another new Ryan Ashburn directed video, this time for the standout single “Fakin The Funk”
Sliiim Buddha lets it be known that he isnt with the fuck shit and will pull up at anytime to prove he isn;t faking the funk. With how frequently Sliiim has been releasing music, one can only expect a project is due out soon.
While we wait for more news enjoy the visual above.
HOTELROOM is an artist i recently heard about and his music is DOPE! Today he makes his debut on the Citrus Pages with a new visual for his single “Oladipo” and this shit is cold!
The Arizona artist can be seen turnt amongst his entourage dropping bars with his signature vocal tone giving the verse more replay value. The switch towards the end will make you put Hotelroom on your radar moving forward.
San Diego artist Cali Kev returns to our page with his latest record “Combos.” produced by Mexico Merio.
Having made his debut with us late last year, Cali Kev does a nice job of showcasing his unique sound in a way that makes for a cohesive listen from beginning to end. The infectious 808′s from Mexico Merio allow Kev to deliver a catchy flow that plays to his artistry perfectly.
No word if this record is tied to any major bodies of work but we’ll makes sure to keep you updated. Check out the new single above and enjoy.
