Chief Pound Reveals Murder Charge Dropped, Announces New Mixtape

Chief Pound reveals that he’s a free man, and has new music on the way. 

On Wednesday (Dec. 16), the South Florida native took to his Instagram page to confirm that the murder charge he recently faced has been dropped. In his post, Chief records an officer cutting off his ankle monitor, and boasts about his newfound freedom. Not only did he confirm he’s a free man, but he also says that his next project is dropping this week. 

“10 Toes Down⛓ Faced A Murder Charge W My Chin Up ??‍♂️ Who Bigger Than ALLAH ?? All Charges Dropped ! Clean ? FRESH OUT ? THE MIXTAPE Dropping This Week ! ?If You Switched Sides, Stay There ??,” Chief Pound wrote in his caption.

Last month, fans were informed that Chief Pound was arrested after his mugshot was posted to his Instagram timeline. Along with the mugshot, the image also includes information about the murder charge he faced.

Chief Pound’s legal issues didn’t stop him from dropping new music. Within the past month, the Sacri4ice rapper dropped “Tmu,” “Type of Nigga” and “Fire Man.” He also appeared on “Ifwy” off MajorNine’s latest project Mystro
