Ito Da Truth – Bio

Jose Chevere b.k.a. his stage name Ito da Truth is a Puerto Rican/American rapper/songwriter from Miami, Florida. Currently signed to independent record label, Unidentified Music Group. His stage name “Da Truth” is due to his uncompromising will to tell the truth about the struggles of being a poor inner city kid with the odds stacked against him. Growing up fatherless in a city that doesn’t forgive made him thorough and fearless which allows Ito to speak his mind on his music. Ito has faced many obstacles to get to where he is today, from the gang life he was introduced to at the young age of 12, to a prison term that lasted 17 months at the age of 15, though it was hard he doesn’t regret any of it. On the contrary, he says, without those life experiences he couldn’t have become the man he is today and wouldn’t have the knowledge to speak on such subjects. Ito uploaded his first music video on YouTube in 2012 called “She Motivates Me” followed by his first EP Ito da Truth Vol. 1 in 2013, and with it cemented his name in the local scene as a force to be reckoned with. Soon word got out about this new Hispanic rapper that was nothing like any other Hispanic known to rap. He then began to work with more known industry producers like, Baby Blue of Pretty Ricky and Hugo Diaz of Huge Music/Diaz Brothers. Shortly after he released Da Truth Vol. 2 and continued to make an impact in the local scene. His recognition began expanding around Florida by touring around the state with names such as Bone Thugs n Harmony and Project Pat , and opening up for Trick Daddy Dollars and 2 Live Crew. Ito is currently about to release a new single along with music video off of the soon to be released #100ep. The new EP is expected to release in the summer of 2016.

Royce Rizzy & MADEINTYO – Had To

PRODUCER: TM88

Hip-hop’s most buzzing sibling pair, Royce Rizzy and MADEINTYO, drop a new record in the form on “Had To” produced by TM88 of 808 Mafia. The bouncy trap record is a testament to Rizzy’s past year in the music industry. The twenty-something rapper decided last year that he was going to take a pause from his career and put all his efforts into managing his younger brother, MADEINTYO. Foregoing his personal projects in order to invest in his brother’s yielded greater success for the pair tenfold. A year and a dream later, “Uber Everywhere” is everywhere, even making a bid for a Top 40 hit. The journey to get there was no easy task, but like Rizzy says: I had to.
