Yoshi Thompkins & Denzel Curry – Du Rags

C9 members Denzel Curry, Yoshi Thompkins and Ronny J have linked up and brought way too many waves for their new track, “Du Rags.” While Denzel recently dropped his album Imperial and toured across the globe, Ronny J has been steadily working on making hit after hit; take the work he did with The Underachievers for example. And as for Yoshi, he’s put a pause on Khemistry 51 to bring us a different project titled The Sun. JBO is a Pompano Beach native residing in Orlando, Florida looking to make waves on his page with his new release. He has previously worked with Rich The Kid, Speaker Knockerz, and Yung Simmie. Today, JBO and Tyla Yaweh connect for this frosty, new visual entitled “Froze.” The new visual offering is directed by the talented TVC crew based in Orlando. Watch the new clip above.

The #UnderGround: We Graduated

Adrian Hernandez started the #UnderGround in early 2014 as a weekly mix show on HCC’s HawkRadio that focused on Hip- Hop & South Florida artists. During his final semester, he joined WiLD 94.1 & teamed up with HeavyHitter Bootleg Kev where they do a syndicated radio show called REDYSetRadio. The shows has had guests across South Florida and country from Gatsby, Bas, She.Go, Earth Gang, Cherele, Crown Marquiss, Bryson Tiller, etc. As Adrian graduates he put together a retrospective episode that has some of the key moments in the shows history.

Chi-town emcee TLNTD hits our juicy pages with a rockin’ new single entitled “Wish You Well.” It’s a vibey track that features Midi, who combines with TLNTD for a formidable duo over the wavy production from Epidemic. The trio of Windy City musicmakers prove to be a winning combination, and I hope we hear more from them soon.
