From Miami comes Cush Kan, Homestead’s number 1 hustler. Last month, the Miami rapper dropped The Free Album, a mixtape made of entirely original tracks from fellow Miami collective, XYZA. On the album, Cush orates growing up in Miami’s forgotten south land and what it means to see so many of this city’s nefarious characters come and go in this many hued melting pot. It wasn’t easy, but he has hope for the future. Like most, his next move is to get rich; he has hipster white kid’s beats and a will to win.
