Curren$y teamed up with Freddie Gibbs for the new airy track “Fetti”. Making sure not to leave out the classic boom bap best, this psychadelic tune has a 1970’s influence. The song which is included on the soundtrack The Alchemist and Oh No Present Welcome to Los Santos for the video game Grand Theft Auto V, has a warm feel. Deep vocals of both Curren$y and Gibbs, give the piece an extra boost of g-funk; and with the sounds of a snake charmer working its magic and drum rolls, the background gets provided with a dose of calmness. Calm is not what one would expect from a man with a recently released album: Pilot Talk 3 and who is on a Pilot Talk 3 tour. Curren$y is not the only one with a hefty schedule, Freddie Gibbs is on tour up north and is looking forward to putting out the upcoming album Lifestyles of the Insane. Curren$y is just warming up for his appearance in South Florida, June 5th at Grand Central, but until then check out his new joint.
