Flightingale – Flight N Friends [Mixtape]

On April 20th, Flightingale released his debut project, Flight N Friends, and the response has been more than positive since the release. With over six thousand streams within the first two months, the Orlando rapper is off to a good start for his debut release. So far this year, he has opened up for Post Malone and has performed on a slew of other local shows in the Orlando area. At the rate that Flightingale is headed towards, we’re sure to see the Orlando rapper in a way higher place by the time he’s ready to drop his next mixtape. In celebration of her latest track “Finna” hitting 100,000 plays on Soundcloud, D.C. wordsmith Kelow delivers another auto-tuned jam perfect for the summer. It’s produced by Trip Dixon, who provides a melodic instrumental for Kelow to rhyme her way through. This is just a one-off as it won’t appear on her upcoming Amethyst Stoner project, which is due out soon.

South Florida artist Young Manik liberated a visual for his single “Cash Up Front,” which is set to be featured in the upcoming motion picture movie Sidekicked.  Watch how everything unfolds in the new Jonathan Proenza-directed clip above.

Terry Presume – SouthSide Baphomets (ft. O’Darious)

Naples’ own Terry Presume and O’Darious dropped off their banger “SouthSide Baphomets” a couple months ago, and is still picking traction to this day.  The single finds the two Florida rappers spitting viciously over some moody, low production from Dollar$.

17thAve is rap group residing in the southwestern regions of Florida giving each member a unique style of music to bring to the table. The group is currently 6 members deep and ready to squad. The story behind the group name involves all of the members but 2 in particular. Terry Presume, whose been writing since the age of 8 and O’Darious, his younger brother, whose been making quite the appearance in the small music scene their city has been involved in. Both the two brother lived on 17thAve where all the members linked up, got intoxicated, and made some great memories which lead to the great music they’ve made so far. Terry started the recording process in his bedroom closet, using a wave cap as a pop filter, where the rest of the group would record their music every time they were on the Ave. Now their in a high quality studio, recording high quality music. The remaining rappers that make up the group are Dani Orenda, Kevon Stanfield, Jeff Rey St Julus, and Jay Divine.

 

DJ Hazy – Florida Trill [Mix]

Orlando’s own DJ Hazy dropped off this super dope 25-minute mix entitled “Florida Trill.” What the fans need for sure, is the tracklist for this because some of these songs are just way too hard. You can expect hear Wifisfuneral, Swamp Posse, Max P, and Pouya make an appearance throughout this mix.
