Toneward – Brighter Days (Mixtape)

Florida artist Toneward has released his latest mixtape, Brighter Days. The 14-track offering includes features from DJ NightKid, Lvcid, HDBMuzik, and LouCifer. It contains production from DJ NightKid, Bsmith Beats, and Toni Hendrix. The tape finds Toneward exploring multiple styles that cater to the lyrical, conscious crowd as well as the trap crowd, among other styles.  Press play above.

Tony Wilson – G.O.D (Greatness Over Defeat)

Minneapolis born and raised, Tony Wilson permanently resides in New Orleans. Fresh off the January success of his “King of the Misfits” debut album launch tour, where Tony performed three packed launch parties in 3 different countries: The Ritzy Cinema (London), La Petite Maison (Paris) and Siberia (New Orleans). Tony is heavily influenced by the Roots, adopting the style of playing with a live band. Tony cites Black Thought as his most influential musical icon, his overall style is influenced by the 90’s boom bap era and the Southern hip hop wave. Summer 2016 will bring another European tour, where Tony and Pars will release their collaborative album.Tony Wilson releases brand new bumping single G.O.D , which is an acronym for ‘’Greatness Over Defeat. The record was produced by London based producer Lalya Pars & Naz Beats.
