Cal Rips has been a prominent fixture in the D.C. hip-hop scene for years, and has a growing buzz around him as he prepares for the new year. He recently unleashed a gritty and menacing track entitled “G.O.A.T.” that features various flows and piercing lyrics over a trunk-rattling instrumental, courtesy of Damani Reaves. Rips’ upcoming project Live To Die To Live Forever is without a release date for now, but will be out sooner than later.
