Ace Beretta – Beast (ft. Maji)

UPCOMING EP: Jordan of My Generation
PREMIERED BY: WeRunTheUnderground

Ace Beretta returns with his new single “Beast” off his upcoming EP Jordan of My Generation. The 19-year-old rapper from Wichita, Kansas has been making headway for himself since coming to Florida in August. His last single “Pretty Penny” gained a lot of traction with over 8,000 plays in the first two days following its release along with radio play from 4 different stations. Now the Field Music Entertainment founder looks to continue making headway with his newest single “Beast” featuring I Am Maji. The single’s recollection of woman may seem contradicting to its title yet a connection can be found if one searches beneath the surface level. This theme of desire for the opposite sex is better solidified by the vocals which create stark yet complimentary contrast in the tone that surrounds this single. With his previous release “Pretty Penny” garnering much success, one can only expect for “Beast” to emulate or even surpass the level of success experienced by its predecessor.

Dantes – Purgatory [EP]

Dantes drops the follow up project to his Inferno EP with his newest Purgatory EP. The Miami artist definitely impresses with the variety of sound offered in this three-track project. Producers 808 Mafia, Slug Christ and Big Los do a solid job in taking the listener through various moods from upbeat and laid back to a balanced blend of both. The production work serves its purpose in highlighting this projects versus and vocals, which at time conflict to create a beneficial contrast. With another solid EP in what seems to be a series, one can be optimistic of Dante’s next up and coming project as he ascends from the inferno.
