When writing, almost anything goes, really. The only things that are demanded is the format.

In the body of your write ups, make sure to always bold people’s and organization’s name. Example: CitrusRap and Benny Revival.

All songs must be in quotations. Example: “Song Title”.
All albums/project titles must be italicized. Example: Album Title.

Now, let’s get the post settings together. That would be everything to the right, in the “Documents” tab.

First, always set the Post Format to it’s appropriate position.
Example: Editorials and interviews are kept at standard. Video posts are set to video, and audio posts are set to audio.

In the Categories section, each post must be assigned categories. ALL tracks/videos go under Singles. But if the artist is from Florida, also click Florida. If they are out of state, click Popular. If the post is a video, along with clicking Singles and/or Popular, click Videos and Music Videos. Editorials, Interviews and Profile Highlights are listed under News.

Next will be your tags. Always use as many tags as possible. Starting with keywords and phrase from the content, such as the artist’s name, their city, the content name and the names of anyone involved with the making and distribution of said content.

Last would be the feature image. For our format, we only have two rules, the image must match or be in relation to the post’s content and that all cover images MUST be square.
