After recently opening up for hip-hop artist Obie Trice, Orlando singer/songwriter Palmer Reed releases a cinematic visual for his latest single “Changes”. Beginning with a skit on The Not So Late Show, Karrick Robinson introduces Reed before he takes the stage to execute an intimate and heartfelt surprise performance featuring a live band. Shortly we get to see a different perspective where the show is being aired and the focus fluctuates between him watching in a bar while his love interest simultaneously tunes in from her bedroom as they ponder on what could have been. The contrasting outlooks accurately captures the essence of the lyrics showing how feelings can be altered by distance and time.
