Flatbush Zombies – Blacktivist

by .

It’s been a while since we’ve heard a solo Flatbush Zombies project, but they’re breaking the silence. The trio is known for keeping it real and not being afraid to speak their minds on what’s going on in the world, and that’s just what they did in “Blacktivist.” The Mario Pfeifer directed visual shows powerful images of what’s wrong with society from police brutality to government exploitation. You can also find the video on display in New York at Ludlow 38, serving as part of a larger installation which you can read about here.

This track is also set to appear on an EP the Zombies will be dropping later this year, as we await the project stream the extremely captivating “Blacktivist” above.
