We kicked off the month of August with the third installment of ‘Westside Plague’ this past Saturday presented by Vintage Stereon and Fast Life Clothing at the historic LMNT venue. The event was hosted by Norma Now and as the show began, we knew it was gonna be one for the books. As the people of Miami came piling in, the show began with performances by Tampa Baes, Drew Swace, Johnny Cinco and sounds provided by Ham Made and STKMUP who set the tone for the night. IndigoChildRick lit up the stage, bringing out Robb Bank$ to perform their new collaboration, “Game Over”. Atlanta native Bankroll Fresh hit the stage next treating the fans to new music and hits such as “Real Trapper” and “Dope Boy Shit”. Two-9 got the crowd hype and wet throwing champagne on them as they performed cuts from their latest mixtape B4FRVR. After a brief intermission, Denzel Curry and the whole C9 collective came to the stage and into the crowd to mob with the people with each member getting a chance to showcase their talent. Hits such as “Darius”, “Yung Ho” featuring a blow-up doll, “Marvelous”, “Ice Age”, “Marilyn Manson”, and a special performance of “Threatz” featuring Yung Simmie on a scooter were performed . The final act of the night was Metro Boomin who had the crowd breaking through the barricades as they went nuts to hits by Wacka Flocka, Chief Keef, Migos, Future, Young Thug, Crime Mob, and ironically Drake followed by some Meek Mill. The last session of the show featured a very interesting twerking contest with dollar bills flying through the air and the crowd cheering with excitement as the show came to an end . Familiar faces such as Twelve’Len, Prez P, Bizzy Crook, and 808 Mafia also came out to support and were seen hanging around throughout the show. All in all it’s safe to say ‘Westside Plague 3’ was a lituation, check out some photos below.
