The Neighbors are a rapper-producer duo based out of Maryland that is made up of Gnarly Thomas and 3astman, who actually are neighbors. The two have just released their first-ever project in the form of The Neighbors EP, a six-track effort that features some great work from them. Gnarly’s honest lyrics fit perfectly with 3astman’s skilled instrumentals, and it all adds up to a pretty dope listen.
